Using Simpliq
Simpliq Subscriptions is a personal organization tool that helps you record subscriptions, estimate recurring costs, review upcoming payments and set reminders. You may use the app only in accordance with applicable law and Apple’s platform rules.
Your information
You are responsible for reviewing the names, prices, renewal dates, currencies and other details entered or recognized by the app. Any amount, projection or category shown by Simpliq depends on the information available on your device.
Reminders and cancellations
Notifications are a convenience, not a guarantee. Delivery can be affected by device settings, permissions, operating-system behavior or changes made by a subscription provider. You remain responsible for checking renewal dates, cancelling services and paying charges on time.
Purchases and refunds
The app is purchased through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the transaction and handles eligible refund requests under its own terms and policies. Simpliq does not independently collect App Store payment details.
No financial advice
Simpliq provides organizational estimates only. It is not a bank, payment service, accountant or financial adviser. Information in the app should not be treated as financial, tax or legal advice.
Availability and updates
We may improve, modify or discontinue features as the app and Apple’s operating systems evolve. We work to keep Simpliq accurate and dependable, but cannot promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Apple’s license agreement
Your license to use Simpliq is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s agreement, Apple’s applicable terms control.
